In 2014, I was battling weight gain after having children and, as a result, was taking medication for Type II diabetes. Strict dieting and consistent exercise were not making a difference in my weight loss. The threat of having to take insulin pushed me to search out other options. Thanks to a recommendation from my physician, I found Ideal Protein. Since then, I have lost over 50 pounds and no longer have Type II Diabetes!

In Spring of 2015, I decided to become an Ideal Protein Coach. So many other people struggle with their past weight loss journey just like I did. As the Weight Loss Director and Certified Ideal Protein Weight Loss Coach at Graham Rehabilitation and Wellness, I have the opportunity to help people change their lives for the better. I am passionate about my work and strive to be a supportive and encouraging coach.

The Protocol

There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.
